We already utilize EnFact, a service that monitors every transaction for suspicious or unusual behavior. Just from January to April this year, EnFact stopped nearly $200,000 in fraudulent transactions from occurring! If a transaction is considered suspicious, EnFact calls you in order to confirm the transactions were yours, or temporarily halts transactions on the card if needed. Coming soon, all of our members will receive text message alerts rather than calls if suspicious transactions are attempted on their account. Members can simply respond "YES" to confirm, or "NO" to report the transaction as fraudulent and have your debit card blocked from additional fraudulent charges! In addition to text alerts, emails will also be sent with instructions on how to confirm a legitimate transaction or report it as fraud.
