Start using CardControl

Log in to the Mobile Banking app
Seclect "My Card" to go to the App Store
Download the app
Register your card(s)
From now on, when you click "My Card" within Mobile Banking, you'll be brought right to CardControl

How long does it take for a control or alert setting to take effect?

The control settings take effect as soon as the “Updating information” message in the app stops.

When cardholders receive a reissued or replacement card, will they have to update their cards within the application?

If the card number is new, then the user must “add” the new card number to the user’s profile. In addition, the user may delete the old card by accessing the Menu option and then selecting Manage Portfolio.

Can multiple cards be linked to one registered CardControl account?

Yes, cardholders can register multiple cards within a single CardControl app. Additional cards can be added by accessing the Menu option and then selecting Manager Portfolio and then Add card.

Does CardControl work for ATM Cards?

No, CardControl currently only supports debit cards.

Does CardControl work on Apple and Android phones?

Yes, CardControl works with the most recent mobile operating software as well as two past generations of Apple and Android phones.
